While the charm of the location and the courteous staff are appealing, my stay was marred by several inconveniences. The room lacked basic amenities like coffee and a refrigerator, and the shower temperature fluctuated uncomfortably. Coupled with cleanliness issues, it made for a less than enjoyable experience.

The room was pretty basic. No thermostat, which was annoying, and no fridge either. I expected coffee in the room since that’s pretty standard in the US. It was clean, but definitely not luxurious. The view was decent, though. It was quiet, but just okay overall for the price.

Just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Nogales with a reasonable price. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made a tough situation easier for us. Make sure to check out the restaurant. the food is really good.

I soaked in the vibrant nightlife with live entertainment that kept us dancing all night! The atmosphere was infectious Plus, I can't get over how fine the decor was-every detail was Insta-worthy!

Compassionate and helpful staff during tough times

I stayed for one night and was deeply impressed by how caring and accommodating the staff were, especially given the circumstances of our visit. The hotel has been beautifully updated, and my room on the 7th floor provided stunning views and was impeccably clean. However, I did wish there were more amenities in the room, like a fridge or coffee maker, which would have improved my experience.

This place suits me perfectly! Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a great bar lounge. The staff once helped me with currency recommendations, which I’ll always remember. Their kindness and support stand out. I can't wait to return for a romantic escape.

The hotel’s decor was impressive, and the vibe was great. We hit up the Kino Springs Golf Club and enjoyed spending time together. It’s worth noting the staff were amazing and helped us out with our needs. Just a heads up, the rooms were decent, but some might find them a bit small.

However, a friend’s room had an outdated smell and issues with the AC, leaving them uncomfortable. We wished we could change rooms, but they couldn’t accommodate us without an extra charge.
